Transitional Living Supervisor

Requirements

• Lead daily operations of the assigned group home
• Oversee resident schedules, skills groups, and outings
• Partner with nursing staff to ensure medication monitoring processes
• Monitor home environment, safety drills, and cleanliness
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Participate in care team huddles and staffing conferences
• Supervise a team of Behavioral Support Specialists and Behavioral Health Assistants
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and competency-based training
• Maintain professional, prompt communication with residents, family/guardian, and partnering agencies
