What You Will Do
The Transplant Coordinator – Post-Heart will continually assess patient needs, complete documentation, delegate patient care activities, educate patients and families, and organize and submit data to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Three years of RN experience
- Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association
