Role OverviewInova is looking for a dedicated Transplant Financial Navigator to join the team. This role will be full-time hybrid, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. The team member will provide financial counseling policies and procedures to patients, families, and healthcare team members.
What You Will Do
The Transplant Financial Navigator will educate and train others in financial counseling policies and procedures, provide patient and healthcare team member education, and link to resources and data collection to ease financial hardship on patients and their families.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in Patient Financial Services, familiarity with a variety of insurance plans, coverage verification, and billing processes, and excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills.

- 4 years of Patient Financial Services experience
- Familiarity with a variety of insurance plans, coverage verification, and billing processes
- Previous experience in transplant finance, patient financial navigation, or a related healthcare financial role
