Role OverviewThe Transplant Nurse Coordinator plans, directs, and provides specialized nursing care with the primary emphasis on the treatment of individuals who have advanced or end-stage disease and are in need of a transplant.
What You Will Do
Provide comprehensive management of end-stage organ diseases, coordinate the care of living donors and transplant recipients, and educate patients and families about the transplant process.

Requires a strong understanding of transplantation, ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, and excellent communication and education skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree Nursing
- 2 or more years acute clinical experience
- Licensed Registered Nurse (LRN) - Multi-State - State Board of Nursing
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS or BCLS) - American Heart Association
