Role OverviewThe Transportation Construction Inspector is responsible for ensuring compliance with contract documents, conducting site inspections, and preparing daily progress reports. The role involves working with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the quality and safety of construction projects. The inspector will work in the Berks County District 5 area and will be required to travel around the Greater Scranton area.
What You Will Do
The Transportation Construction Inspector will perform site inspections, check delivered materials, and verify contractor layouts. They will also prepare daily reports, ensure compliance with health and safety plans, and communicate with contractors and stakeholders.
