Role OverviewThe Transportation Construction Inspector Supervisor is responsible for consulting with contractors, consultants, engineers, and others in matters related to construction and installation of work. The TCIS prepares daily progress reports, maintains progress schedules, and checks shop drawings and contractors' quotations for variations.
What You Will Do
Ensure compliance with contract documents, check delivered materials, prepare and submit daily reports, and utilize computers and common office equipment. Perform manual labor, work in adverse weather conditions, and react to hazardous warnings and signals.

Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or post-secondary education
- BS Civil Engineering
- NICET Level 2 or higher in Transportation/Highway Construction
- NECEPT Bituminous field certification
- ACI/PennDOT Concrete field technician certification
- PennDOT/PTC CDS certification
- ECMS experience
- OSHA 10-Hour certification
