Role OverviewThe Transportation Construction Manager (TCM) oversees construction inspection staff, consulting with contractors, consultants, engineers, job superintendents, and others in matters related to plans, specifications, materials, equipment, and the methods, practices and safety precautions involved in construction and installation of the work.
What You Will Do
The TCM ensures compliance with contract documents, prepares daily reports, reviews submittals and RFIs, keeps records of quantities completed, processes Change Orders, and performs manual labor infrequently.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Construction Management/Inspection experience, NICET Level IV in Transportation/Highway Construction or PE License in Pennsylvania, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products & Adobe or BlueBeam.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or post-secondary education
- 10+ Years of Construction Management/Inspection experience
- NICET Level IV in Transportation/Highway Construction or PE License in Pennsylvania
- NECEPT Bituminous field technician certification
- ACI/PennDOT Asphalt Certification
- PennDOT Concrete Certification
- OSHA 10-Hour certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products & Adobe or BlueBeam
