Requirements
- Valid MA or NH driver's license, CDL preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 25 years of age with at least 3 years' driving experience, with an acceptable driving record.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience working with older adults preferred.
- Ability to successfully pass background screening processes.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English is required.
- Excellent technological skills and ability to work with Microsoft Suite.
- Desire to work with the elderly is required.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.
- Must have an outgoing personality and be able to relate well with others.
- You must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to complete CPR/First Aid training within a probationary period.
- Ability to safely perform a range of physical activity associated with transportation operations, including walking, standing, bending, twisting, kneeling, and climbing; using hands and arms to grasp or reach; and lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
