Role OverviewIsle Health and Rehab is seeking a highly organized and dependable Transportation Coordinator (CNA) to join our team. The Transportation Coordinator will schedule and coordinate transportation for resident medical appointments, hospital discharges, and other approved outings.
What You Will Do
Schedule and coordinate transportation, communicate with nursing staff and families, maintain accurate transportation logs, provide direct resident care, and drive facility vehicle when needed.

Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or scheduling software
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes
