Role OverviewThe Transportation Coordinator oversees transportation services that empower individuals with developmental disabilities to access community programs and services. This position assists with overseeing two primary transportation programs, Trail by Reach and Reach in Motion.
What You Will Do
The Transportation Coordinator ensures safe, efficient, and responsive transportation logistics, communicates with riders and drivers, and supports participants in navigating transportation tools and services.

Requirements
- 1 year of experience in human services, transportation coordination, or case management
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant post-secondary education preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders, including individuals with disabilities
- Proficiency in using digital tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and mobile applications
- Ability to learn and navigate systems related to Lyft, county waivers, and scheduling software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass an MNDHS background check
