Role OverviewBasis Partners' Design Engineers play a crucial role in the community's quality of life and safety by applying broad knowledge of principles, practices, and technical expertise for engineering project development, design, and modeling of transportation-related project deliverables.
What You Will Do
Assist in project initiation, participate in project kick-off meetings, research and understand project scope and standards, collect and analyze data, begin initial design through calculations and CADD layouts, produce designs for transportation projects, and prepare construction documents.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of relevant Transportation Design experience, a B.S. Civil Engineering Degree, P.E. licensure or EI with ability to obtain PE license, and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
