Requirements

  • Collaborate with Digital Delivery Cross Sector and Digital Design teams
  • Update and maintain HDR production standards and documentation
  • Develop and implement CAD management and BIM execution plans
  • Lead project production teams and coordinate work sharing efforts
  • Manage project deliverables to meet high-quality standards
  • Develop and train staff in standard production workflows
  • Use knowledge of tools and drafting to complete assigned tasks
  • Work closely with engineers and senior designers on assigned projects
  • Coordinate submittals and exhibits for clients and governmental agencies
  • Perform thorough quality control of models and sheet files
  • Supervise other CAD/Production professionals
  • Lead recruiting efforts for CAD/Production staff
  • Coordinate project schedules to incorporate CAD production and QC efforts
  • Preform regular audits of CAD files
  • Manage a project team and coordinate work with other disciplines
  • Explore, propose, and advise project leadership on design software and delivery workflow innovations
  • Coordinate the activities of other CAD technicians
  • Promote and connect users/local offices with training resources
  • Lead large project teams in project start-ups and management of CAD and BIM files
