Job Description
Join the TCI Team as a Dispatcher-Driver – $24/Hour | Overtime after 40 hours. We are seeking a dependable and driven Driver-Dispatcher to support and manage our day-to-day transportation operations.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of verifiable box truck driving experience in the last 12 months
  • Bilingual Preferred (Spanish)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Familiarity with DOT compliance and HOS regulations
  • Ability to lead by example and work as part of a collaborative team
  • High level of ethics and confidentiality
  • Experience in dispatch or logistics is strongly preferred
  • Ability to drive box trucks and perform physical unloading tasks as required
