Job Description
TCI is looking for a reliable Dispatcher to act as a communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency situations.

Requirements

  • Reliable Dispatcher to act as a communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations
  • Multi-tasking and ability to take action with little supervision
  • DOT compliance and administration of all reporting procedures
  • Fleet efficiency, including driver productivity, miles, and legal HOS
  • Development of programs, procedures, and guidelines for driver workforce
  • Interaction with outside freight vendors and coordination of scheduling requirements
  • Relationship building and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with dispatch software and analysis and decision-making skills

Benefits

  • Starting $24-25 Hourly
  • Sunday-Thursday work schedule, off on Friday and Saturday
