Role OverviewHDR's Transportation Business Group shapes the systems that move people and goods safely, efficiently, and sustainably. This role involves working on a team with other project engineers on the detailed design of urban and rural roadway projects. The position is based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
What You Will Do
You will take responsibility for plan development of Mobility and Safety projects, including Transportation Management Plans, Traffic Control Plans, Traffic Signals, Pavement Marking Plans, and Signing and Delineation. You will also provide assistance with the creation and submission of technical reports, quantities and cost estimates, specifications, and calculations, as well as other roadway design projects as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate
