Role OverviewThe Transportation Engineer Borough Lead will manage staff and oversee the review of environmental studies under CEQR/SEQR/NEPA processes, conduct traffic operation and safety studies, and perform engineering reviews of schematic geometric designs. They will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to improve transportation in the city through various transportation projects.

The candidate will manage complex transportation and environmental review projects, supervise technical staff, coordinate interagency efforts, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality analyses that support the City's development and mobility goals.

Requirements
- Four years of full-time, satisfactory experience in civil engineering work
- A valid New York State Professional Engineer's License
- Current New York State registration as a Professional Engineer
- A master's degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university
