Role Overview

The selected candidate(s) will have the opportunity to both manage and perform design work for complex and challenging projects within the district's robust project portfolio. Candidates will perform transportation engineering design and project management for in-house mobility projects.

What You Will Do

Performs highly advanced and complex engineering design work, performs and/or coordinates the review and processing of Plans, Specifications, and Estimates, monitors consultants' progress and work quality, and represents the district at technical meetings and public hearings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related science bachelor's or higher degree accepted by TX PELS
  • 4-5 years engineering, transportation engineering, or related engineering experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Licensed Prof Engineer
