Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of a major transportation infrastructure program in the Seattle region. The ideal candidate is a strategic and collaborative leader with extensive experience delivering complex rail, transit, and heavy civil infrastructure projects.

What You Will Do

Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for a complex transportation infrastructure program, oversee design-phase activities, lead multidisciplinary teams, manage program risks, budgets, schedules, governance, and performance reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience delivering major transportation, rail, transit, heavy civil, highway, bridge, or other public infrastructure programs
  • 8+ years in Project Manager, Program Manager, Construction Manager, or similar leadership roles
  • Advanced degree and/or PE, PMP, CCM, or other relevant professional certification preferred
