Role OverviewThe Transportation Maintenance Tech I/II will perform routine transportation operations or maintenance support work such as roadway maintenance and repair, light and heavy equipment operation, preventive and minor maintenance on equipment, traffic control, and helping the public during emergency situations. Work requires contact with private entities.
What You Will Do
Maintains highways and rights-of-way, performs roadway repairs, operates light and heavy equipment, performs preventive maintenance inspections, and completes various required reports.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license at the time of application
- Commercial Class 'A' Driver's License with an 'N' Endorsement or have obtained a CDL 'A' License within 180 calendar days from date of employment
- No experience required for TMT I, 1 year experience for TMT II
