Role OverviewManages construction projects in the southern portion of District 7, overseeing projects such as guardrail, resurfacing, striping, and bridge overlays. Travels and inspects existing projects to ensure contractor compliance. Works closely with Planning, Design, and Maintenance Departments to address issues and future project considerations.
What You Will Do
Manages projects in Construction, tracks project submittals, performs calculations, and conducts materials testing assignments. Utilizes computer software programs to manage construction projects and attends meetings and training sessions.

Requires 12 months of training or experience in supervisory principles and techniques or management, and 6 months of training or experience in inventory control. Must have a valid driver's license and meet one of the following requirements: 3 years of training or experience in bridge maintenance and repair, highway maintenance, or equivalent.
