Role Overview

Join our Raleigh, North Carolina office as a Planning graduate focusing on Transportation in 2027. This is a full-time, in-person position. Contribute to pre-construction planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects. Collaborate across disciplines to produce clients' visions for the future built environment. Develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company practices and standards.

What You Will Do

Contribute to pre-construction planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects. Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines. Evaluate development proposals to identify compliance with zoning regulations. Prepare planning and land use studies. Coordinate with municipal and state agencies.

Requirements

  • A Planning Degree (Bachelors or Masters) from an accredited program by Summer of 2027 in City and Regional Planning, Urban Planning, Transportation Planning, or Other Related Major
