The Transportation Training Coordinator will facilitate onboarding and orientation for Transportation office team members, train employees on transportation systems, processes, policies, and standard operating procedures, and support learning and development initiatives for dispatch, planning, fleet administration, and transportation support functions.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, fleet operations, or a related field
- Experience facilitating training, onboarding, coaching, or employee development programs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information to diverse audiences
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to organize multiple training programs, maintain records, and track completion metrics
