Job Description
The Travel and Expense Coordinator will assist the T&E Manager to manage travel expenses for The Journeys Group, negotiate prices with vendors, and coordinate company relocations.
Requirements
Reviews daily, weekly and monthly expenses
Administrator in American Express and Concur
Monitor field expense mailbox and attach receipts
Sends breakdown of field expenses monthly
Reviews invoices monthly, code and process for payment
Coordinates and set up approved employee relocations
Communicates traffic violations from lease car drivers
Monitors telematic devices for lease cars
Reviews company cell phone usage
Supports all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
