Job Description
The Travel and Expense Coordinator will assist the T&E Manager to manage travel expenses for The Journeys Group, negotiate prices with vendors, and coordinate company relocations.

Requirements

  • Reviews daily, weekly and monthly expenses
  • Administrator in American Express and Concur
  • Monitor field expense mailbox and attach receipts
  • Sends breakdown of field expenses monthly
  • Reviews invoices monthly, code and process for payment
  • Coordinates and set up approved employee relocations
  • Communicates traffic violations from lease car drivers
  • Monitors telematic devices for lease cars
  • Reviews company cell phone usage
  • Supports all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
