Role OverviewThe Medical Assistant provides clinical and administrative support in an outpatient setting, including rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, documenting in the electronic medical record, assisting with procedures, supporting providers, and promoting efficient patient flow while delivering patient-centered care.
What You Will Do
Facilitates unit operations by managing patient flow, assists with front desk duties, performs basic patient centered care, and provides a safe environment for patients.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have completion of a Medical Assistant Program, high school equivalent/GED, and less than 1 year clinical experience as a Medical Assistant. Must be able to communicate effectively, organize changing work assignments, and have basic patient care skills.

- High School Equivalent / GED
- Less than 1 year clinical experience as a Medical Assistant
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
