Role OverviewThe Travel Risk Coordinator enables business travel, builds a positive security culture, and delivers proactive risk mitigation solutions for Amazonians traveling for work. The role spans the full travel lifecycle: pre-trip risk assessment and briefings, real-time monitoring and incident response during travel, and post-incident documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
Triage medical or security incident escalations, connect travelers with local support, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and manage cases through resolution. Update country/city advisories based on new intelligence and maintain pre-trip messaging content.

Requirements
- Experience in Incident Management, Threat Management, Corporate Investigations, Law Enforcement, Security Operations, Crisis Management or a related field
- Experience managing real-time incidents (medical, security, or crisis) across multiple time zones
