Job Description
Only candidates with their own tire and wheel equipment for roadside or on-location services will be considered. Prior experience is required for this tire technician position, which involves inspecting, repairing, and replacing tires on light-duty vehicles, as well as advising customers on tire maintenance.

Requirements

  • Inspect and assess the condition of tires for wear, damage, or defects.
  • Repair punctures or leaks using appropriate patching techniques.
  • Mount, balance, and rotate tires for optimal vehicle performance.
  • Ensure proper tire inflation and adherence to safety standards.
  • Advise customers on tire maintenance, including rotation schedules and replacement needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety protocols.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience with tire repair, mounting, and balancing.
  • Basic understanding of tire safety standards and best practices.
  • Certification in tire repair or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in tire service, repair, and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of advanced tire service techniques and tools.
  • Strong attention to safety protocols and workplace cleanliness.
