Role Overview

The Tire Technician specializes in the inspection, repair, and replacement of tires on light-duty vehicles, including cars and trucks. Key responsibilities include patching leaks, balancing, rotating tires, ensuring proper inflation, and adhering to tire safety standards. Tire Technicians are also responsible for advising customers on tire maintenance to enhance performance and longevity.

What You Will Do

Inspect and assess the condition of tires for wear, damage, or defects. Repair punctures or leaks using appropriate patching techniques. Mount, balance, and rotate tires for optimal vehicle performance. Ensure proper tire inflation and adherence to safety standards. Advise customers on tire maintenance, including rotation schedules and replacement needs.
