Job Description
Traveling Clinical Specialist RN is responsible for providing clinical leadership support in communities where a clinical leader may not be present, primarily in Dallas/Ft Worth, Austin, and San Antonio, TX. The role involves providing temporary coverage for resident clinical services, supervising nursing department team members, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Requirements

  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse
  • 1-year experience in senior housing and/or geriatric nursing
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Director of Nursing or Wellness Director
  • Prior management experience preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 100% of the time
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • CPR and First Aid Certification within 90 days of employment
