Role OverviewThe Traveling Construction Laborer is an entry-level craft professional responsible for supporting interior construction activities on tenant improvement, renovation, retail refresh, and light industrial projects throughout the United States. This is a travel-intensive role requiring deployment to project locations nationwide in support of Sevan’s self-perform operations.
What You Will Do
Perform selective demolition, clean and prepare work areas, load and unload materials, assist carpenters and other craft professionals, and maintain clean and safe work areas throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous construction, labor, warehouse, moving, manufacturing, logistics, or related experience
- Experience safely using hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in a fast-paced construction environment
- Valid driver's license
- OSHA 10 certification required or ability to obtain; OSHA 30 preferred
