Role OverviewThe Traveling Construction Laborer is an entry-level craft professional responsible for supporting interior construction activities on tenant improvement, renovation, retail refresh, and light industrial projects throughout the United States. This is a travel-intensive role requiring deployment to project locations nationwide in support of Sevan’s self-perform operations.
What You Will Do
Perform selective demolition, material handling, site logistics, jobsite cleanup, and general labor activities while supporting multiple trades throughout all phases of construction.

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in a fast-paced construction environment, ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States, and ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous construction, labor, warehouse, moving, manufacturing, logistics, or related experience
- OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in a fast-paced construction environment
