Role OverviewSevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial and government/public-sector construction projects across the United States. This role oversees jobsite safety, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and project execution from groundbreaking through closeout.
What You Will Do
Lead Field Operations, oversee all onsite construction activities and field operations, direct subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to maintain productivity and progress, ensure projects stay on schedule and meet key milestones.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor
- Experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
- Experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, and construction scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera P6 preferred)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain)
- First Aid / CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
- General Contractor license or LEED experience is a plus
