Traveling Electronic Security Systems Site Lead

As a Traveling Electronic Security Systems Site Lead, you will lead onsite execution from mobilization to turnover, work closely with project managers, engineers, and technicians to drive project efficiency, and oversee system testing, commissioning, and end-user training. You will be responsible for managing daily schedules, progress tracking, and materials, directing subcontractors, and ensuring alignment with site expectations. You will also run complex installations with confidence and accountability, mentor and support crews in the field, and ensure safety through compliance with relevant State and Federal regulations.

The main day-to-day responsibilities of this role include leading onsite execution, working closely with project teams, identifying and communicating change orders and field conditions, overseeing system testing and commissioning, managing daily schedules and progress tracking, directing subcontractors, and ensuring safety through compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Strong background in low-voltage system installation
• Proven experience leading crews and running jobs independently
• Willingness to travel
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Ability to travel extensively
• Electrical wiring experience
• Strong communication skills to interface with customers
• Ability to call and schedule appointments, follow instructions, and understand code requirements
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass pre-employment and continuing random background, drug, and MVR screenings
