Role Overview

The Traveling Field Manager oversees critical field operations and large-scale projects throughout assigned regional markets. This role requires extensive hands-on field experience and strong leadership capabilities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company and client expectations.

What You Will Do

The Traveling Field Manager will work directly alongside internal crews and subcontractors in the field to provide training, oversight, troubleshooting, and operational support. This role is responsible for conducting quality control inspections, customer site walkthroughs, project surveys, vendor oversight, and acting as a liaison between field personnel, operations management, and clients.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 5+ years of field experience within facilities maintenance, construction, service, or related trades
  • Prior experience leading crews, subcontractors, or field operations strongly preferred
  • Experience managing multi-site or regional projects preferred
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required
