Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Traveling Iron Worker Welder/Fabricator to perform high-quality ironwork and fabrication on active construction sites while maintaining strong organization, clear communication, and reliable time management.
What You Will Do
The selected candidate will perform structural welding, assist with steel erection, and contribute to fabrication projects from start to finish, working overnight shifts and adapting to varying jobsite conditions.

Requirements
- 3-5 years' iron work experience
- 232 structural welding certification and welding proficiency required
- OSHA 10 certificate, preferred
- Machinery operations certificate, preferred
- Ability to assist with field erection and jobsite preparation
- Experience with fabrication work in both shop and field setting
- Skilled in operating welders, machinery, and hand tools safely
- Willingness to travel and work out of town for extended periods
- Willingness to work all overnight shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
