Role OverviewThe Traveling Multi-Trade Carpenter is a highly skilled craft professional responsible for performing a wide range of interior construction activities on tenant improvement, renovation, retail refresh, and light industrial projects throughout the United States. This is a travel-intensive role requiring deployment to project locations nationwide in support of Sevan's self-perform operations.
What You Will Do
Perform framing, drywall, ceilings, doors, hardware, finish carpentry, flooring preparation, punch work, and other non-licensed interior construction activities. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, drawings, sketches, and specifications to determine project requirements.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and related construction documents. Competent use of hand tools, power tools, equipment, and measuring devices commonly used in commercial construction. Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Successful completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program
- Three (3) or more years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and related construction documents
- Competent use of hand tools, power tools, equipment, and measuring devices commonly used in commercial construction
