Role OverviewThe Traveling Operations Specialist provides support, guidance, direction, and oversight from a wellness perspective at communities to sustain continuity of standards until a replacement can be identified. This role performs audits and monitors systems to ensure standards are met. The position requires 90%+ travel throughout Ohio and Indiana.
What You Will Do
Act as the community Personal Care Director during a vacancy, conduct resident assessments/service plans, oversee and monitor resident care to ensure quality standards are maintained, and review/process physician orders utilizing eMAR. You will also collaborate with Human Resources on employee performance concerns, support training and development of care team members, and conduct monthly audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
