Job Description
The Collier Companies is seeking a Floating Property Manager to join our team! This is an on-site role, reporting from any of The Collier Companies' communities all over the southeastern United States. A Floating Property Manager will be an experienced leader, with the ability to travel, direct, motivate, and inspire a large team!

Requirements

  • 50% traveling needed to support multiple locations as needed.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a successful assistant community manager at a 250+ front door count community
  • Exceptional customer service skills, and ability to role model and lead Team Members to perform to the TCC level of excellence.
