Role OverviewThe Technical Services Representative is responsible for performing field inspection, investigation, and service work on all types of windows manufactured by Quaker throughout the United States. This will encompass, but is not limited to, evaluating, removing windows and doors for repair, and disassembling whole or parts of windows and doors for repair. Overnight travel is a significant requirement.
What You Will Do
Travel to job sites to meet clients, review service orders, perform on-site inspections, diagnose issues, repair products, and prepare documentation and reporting for all jobsite visits.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a field service technician or similar role, a proficient mechanical comprehension of windows and doors, and a valid Class E driver's license with a safe driving record.
