Role OverviewThe Traveling Skilled Construction Technician is a cross-trained craft professional responsible for supporting interior construction activities on tenant improvement, renovation, retail refresh, and light industrial projects throughout the United States. This is a travel-intensive role requiring deployment to project locations nationwide in support of Sevan’s self-perform operations.
What You Will Do
Perform general construction activities supporting tenant improvement, renovation, retail refresh, and light industrial projects. Independently execute assigned interior construction scopes based on skill level and support Multi-Trade Carpenters on larger or more complex installations.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States, ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings, specifications, and work instructions, and OSHA 10 certification required or ability to obtain.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Two (2) or more years of construction, renovation, tenant improvement, retail, hospitality, industrial, facilities maintenance, or related experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification required or ability to obtain; OSHA 30 preferred
- Valid driver's license preferred
