Role OverviewThe Traveling Skilled Construction Technician is a cross-trained craft professional responsible for supporting interior construction activities on tenant improvement, renovation, retail refresh, and light industrial projects throughout the United States.
What You Will Do
Perform general construction activities, including demolition, framing support, drywall installation, ceilings, material handling, flooring preparation, and punch list work.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings, specifications, and work instructions, and experience safely using hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and basic construction equipment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) or more years of construction, renovation, tenant improvement, retail, hospitality, industrial, facilities maintenance, or related experience
- OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain
- Valid driver's license
