Job Description
Schimenti Construction Company is seeking multiple Traveling Superintendents to support project locations around the Northeast of the United States. The successful candidate will provide overall leadership and supervision to a team of construction professionals on project sites.

Requirements

  • Manage day-to-day field operations of construction projects
  • Provide oversight and coordination of work between trades
  • Manage schedule, including weekly preparation of 3-week look ahead
  • Verify compliance with submittals and daily logs
  • Ensure job site safety and security
  • Manage close-out process and warranty responses
  • Coordinate site testing and inspection efforts
  • Monitor costs, including labor time and material
  • Attend and participate in weekly meetings
