Role OverviewJoin Innovative Construction, Inc. as a Traveling Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a hands-on leader, you'll take pride in building high-performing teams, maintaining safe job sites, and delivering exceptional results.
What You Will Do
Lead all on-site construction activities from project start through closeout, supervise subcontractors, field personnel, and daily job site operations, and maintain project schedules.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent or field leader in commercial construction
- Hospitality renovation and occupied-space construction experience is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, construction methods, and quality standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is preferred
