Role OverviewA well-established commercial and industrial general contractor is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee ground-up construction projects across multiple U.S. markets.
What You Will Do
Lead day-to-day field operations on assigned ground-up commercial and industrial projects, manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel, and maintain schedule, quality, and safety standards.

Requirements
- 5–10+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience
- Proven experience leading $5M+ ground-up projects as a Superintendent
- Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, sequencing, and scheduling
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Procore experience is required
- Bluebeam experience is strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of field operations
