Job Description
The Resource Center has been providing services to persons with disabilities in the Chautauqua County area since 1958. The mission of The Resource Center is to support individuals with disabilities and other challenges in achieving maximum independence, contributing to their community, experiencing lifelong growth, and enjoying quality of life.

Requirements

  • Ability to follow multi-step instructions
  • Communicate well with others and work independently
  • Have a general understanding of the needs of the persons with developmental disabilities residing in the home
  • Physical condition must be commensurate with the demands of the job
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
