Job Description
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for providing direct care and health services to individuals in a certified residence. Assists in the provision of personal care and direct support services. Must have comprehensive knowledge of medication administration and observation and treatment of illness and disease.

Requirements

  • New York State licensure or eligibility to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Professional experience preferred
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid
