Job Description
The Resource Center has been providing services to persons with disabilities in the Chautauqua County area since 1958. The mission of The Resource Center is to support individuals with disabilities and other challenges in achieving maximum independence, contributing to their community, experiencing lifelong growth, and enjoying quality of life.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge and skills to develop and implement a wide variety of therapy techniques.
  • Strong assessment skills and the ability to develop service plans to address individuals' needs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to self-direct and self-initiate and handle a specified caseload.
  • The ability to work cooperatively with other disciplines.
  • The ability to work with a varied population.
