Job Description
The Resource Center is seeking a Residence Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation and management of a residence. The successful candidate will provide supervision and assistance to residence staff, ensure implementation of individualized programming, and assist in the development and monitoring of residential habilitation plans.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Five years' work experience in human services
  • Minimum of one year of management/supervisory/administrative capacity
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Front-Line Supervisor NADSP Certification within the first year
  • Participation in agency Leadership Career Path may be substituted for one year of management/supervisory experience
