Job Description
The QIDP/Service Coordinator provides and monitors active treatment for assigned individuals in Residential settings, serves as a primary advocate, and integrates and coordinates individual plans.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in a Human Services field
  • 1 year of providing services to persons with Developmental Disabilities
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability and willingness to work a schedule based on the needs of the program and individuals served
  • Physical condition or reasonable accommodation(s) commensurate with the demands of the job
