Job Description
The STARS Staff Assistance Specialist provides assistance to newly hired or existing TRC employees, implementing and integrating the comprehensive STARS model to ensure access to services, increase wellness and self-management, improve job performance and retention, and reduce healthcare costs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or other related health field
  • 2 years of experience in care coordination or case management
  • Valid driver's license, use of personal vehicle, and willingness to travel for work
