Job Description
The Senior Treasury Analyst is a high-visibility "Builder" role designed to lead the transformation of Arclin’s treasury function from manual workflows to a sophisticated, automated department.

Requirements

  • TMS Implementation Lead: Act as the functional Project Manager for the implementation of Kyriba or FIS.
  • Digital Transformation: Transition the department from manual "pull" reporting to automated "push" reporting.
  • ERP Integration: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Treasury modules within SAP S/4HANA and JDE.
  • Advanced Cash Forecasting: Build and lead the global 13-week rolling cash flow forecast.
  • Capital Structure Support: Manage the Company’s credit facility, including revolvers and debt tranches.
  • Intercompany Funding: Design and execute intercompany lending strategies to optimize global liquidity and minimize external borrowing costs.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify exposures to FX and interest rate fluctuations.
  • Bank Relations & Fee ROI: Evaluate banking products and technologies.
  • Audit & Controls: Design and document SOX-compliant treasury controls for the new automated environment.
  • M&A Integration: Lead treasury onboarding for newly acquired entities, including bank account rationalization, signatory updates, and integration into the centralized cash pool.
  • Executive Reporting: Prepare monthly Treasury Dashboards for the CFO and Board of Directors.
